Touch Screen suddenly not working in Chrome

PROBLEM
Touch screen stopped working in Chrome.

SOLUTION
Used Chrome://flags to Enable Touch Events.

I acquired a new DELL Inspiron 15 7000 Series in 2015. This blog might serve these purposes:
